Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Aura Auto Detailing Esthetics. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, auraautodetailingesthetics.com, and the purchase of any automotive detailing services from us. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

​1. Mobile Service Requirements

  • As a mobile detailing provider, we require specific conditions to safely and effectively perform our services:

  • Working Space: The customer must provide a safe, legal, and clear working area where our team can operate around the vehicle without obstruction.

  •  Vehicle Access: The customer must provide access to the vehicle’s keys and ensure all personal belongings, valuables, and car seats are removed from the cabin prior to our arrival. Aura Auto Detailing Esthetics is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle.

  •  Vehicle Condition: If a vehicle possesses severe biological hazards (including but not limited to heavy mold, bio-fluids, or extreme pet hair/debris) that were not disclosed during booking, we reserve the right to adjust our pricing dynamically or refuse service.

2. Booking, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation Window: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  •  Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within the 12-hour window, or failure to present the vehicle at the scheduled time and location, may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of any booking deposit.

  •  Weather Policy: In the event of extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, or high winds), Aura Auto Detailing Esthetics reserves the right to reschedule your service to the next available clear date to preserve the quality of our products and protect our professional equipment.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Payment is due in full upon completion of the detailing service unless an automatic maintenance subscription plan has been arranged in advance.

  •  Accepted Forms: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, authorized digital payment processors, and cash.

4. Right to Refuse

  • Aura Auto Detailing Esthetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any vehicle that has pre-existing structural or mechanical damage that could be worsened by standard detailing practices (such as heavily torn upholstery, detached headliners, or severely failing clear coats).

5. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
